The goal of our laboratory is to illuminate post-transcriptional networks coordinated by RNA binding proteins. To achieve this goal we employ genomic, biochemical and computational methods to identify cis-acting RNA elements recognized by a complete family of phylogenetically conserved, essential RNA binding proteins in a comprehensive manner.

We’re an RNA biology lab focusing on genomic and molecular approaches to really challenging problems. We’re fortunate do great science, surrounded by fantastic colleagues in an an amazing part of the world.  We have openings for post-docs with experience in bioinformatics and/or biochemistry. If you’d like join us email Jeremy your CV and research interests.
